Titanica is the capital city of King Titan's empire, and home of the Aquaphibians.
It is a city built mostly beneath the sea bed for extra protection, with much of what is visible on the surface being related to defense, such as warning stations and accommodations for the Terror Fish. Travel tubes connect the buildings.
